Our talented interior designers work with you to create an interior for your aircraft that is beautifully appointed and flawlessly executed to meet and even exceed your expectations. From complete refurbishments to select improvements, every project is given the time and attention to detail that has earned Oxford Aviation both praise from our clients and a reputation in the industry for the superior quality of our work. A Short Overview of Our ProcessThe following is a partial description of the process involved in transforming the interior of your aircraft. All materials are FAA approved. Arrival & Check-In:We will remove and secure all documents and personal items. We then evaluate all existing interior for proper size and fit. We will then remove all sidewalls, seats, headliner, carpet, plastic window trim, seatbelts and windlace. We will then clean all interior and buff seat rails. 
Seats:All seats will be stripped to frames, mechanicals will be checked to make sure they are in good working order. They will be cleaned, masked primed and painted to match new seat color. They will then be re-foamed in multi-density foams as per customer specifications and recovered in uncorrected full-grain premium leather or first quality fabrics. Sidewalls:All sidewalls will be stripped of old materials and inspected. They will be refoamed with high-density, flame retardant foam and covered in your selection of fabric or leather. Armrests will also be refoamed and covered. Windlace:We will install new windlace cords on all doors. Headliner:A new headliner will be fabricated and installed in your choice of materials. Carpet:Premium carpet will be cut, fit and bound and installed throughout. 
Curtains:As requested by the client. Super Soundproofing:We offer soundproofing for each aircraft far surpassing typical aircraft installation, with four levels of soundproofing and damping. This system produces an effective reduction in interior noise and travel fatigue with minimal to no weight increase. Insulation is evaluated upon removal of interior and suggestions will then be made for a more effective sound proofing and insulation system. Water repellent sound attenuating fiberglass, layered for thickness to fit between the skin of your plane and your sidewalls, is wrapped in AN-18, a mylar-type material and heat-sealed. In addition, a super-sound proofing layer of closed-cell, high density foam is sandwiched between the fiberglass. NOTE: All materials for your aircraft will meet or exceed all FAA regulations. * Note: Upon removal of all interior plastic trim, it is inspected and you will be notified of any new parts needed and their price. All new parts will be trimmed to fit and painted to match headliner color. All remaining plastic will be cleaned, any small cracks repaired, prepped and painted. Optional ServicesNacelle Lockers, Baggage Compartments where applicable:
All existing fabric would be removed and cleaned, and new fabric will be installed. Glareshield:Glareshield would be stripped of original covering and recovered in full-grain uncorrected black leather. (or as otherwise specified) Door Jams:Door jams would be painted to match interior colors. Seatbelts:Re-webbing of seat belts is available. Also Available
